Welcome to a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. I’m Jenn, a Persian-Jewish associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT #140601) supervised by Janet (Bayramyan) Generales, (LCSW #88575). My practice is focused on supporting families, couples, and individuals dealing with ADHD, relationship conflicts, and trauma, offering a path to understanding and healing.

It takes courage to invite a therapist into your inner world. In our sessions, we will create a warm, open environment to explore how your past experiences have influenced your present, especially in the context of emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and traumatic experiences.

In my practice, I offer a strong, empathetic approach, focusing on empowering you to feel confident and self-assured. Together, we will explore the challenges in regulating emotions, particularly in romantic relationships, break the cycle of repetitiverelationship patterns. My goal is to help you reach a state of contentment and fulfillment both with your inner self and in your personal relationships.

Our sessions will involve engaging dialogues, where I provide guidance with a direct yet compassionate approach. I aim to teach you how to be both direct and vulnerable, fostering a space where you can openly express yourself and embrace personal growth. You’ll gain insights into your behaviors and leave each session with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools for positive change.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to your unique goals and needs, combining various modalities to address the root causes of your distress. We will work together to help you understand and move beyond the patterns holding you back, enabling you to be your authentic self and thrive.

Regardless of your background or experiences, you deserve a space where you are heard, seen, and understood. I am committed to supporting you every step of the way as you gain insight and create lasting change.

As for my academic background, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC. Additionally, my certification in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) bolsters my ability to effectivelyassist those I work with.
