Lisa Minster, LCSW
My name is Lisa, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #127697) with experience working in private practice, community mental health, and schools. Throughout my career, I've helped people from all walks of life through individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management. I've supported those dealing with trauma, substance abuse, codependency, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, and parenting challenges.
I'm passionate about helping teens and adults find their inner strength and reach their full potential. My approach is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and the world around you while building the tools you need to handle life's ups and downs.
I believe that everyone's journey is unique, and by focusing on your strengths, I can help you make meaningful changes that truly make a difference.
I'm trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brain Spotting. I'm also a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the California Society of Clinical Social Workers. I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University Northridge and my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
