For my fellow clinicians out there, I remember what it was like first starting out, and not knowing what to expect or how to grow as a new therapist. What supported me was having great clinical supervisors to educate, challenge me, and support me on my journey as a therapist. The best advice I ever received from a supervisor was to “trust my gut.” And with that permission and safety, I felt more comfortable being an “authentic therapist” versus trying to be a “perfect therapist.”
My hope is to support fellow clinicians on their path to meeting their career goals. If you are a therapist, looking to consult regarding a
specific case, would like career advice, or looking to learn about trauma specialization, feel free to reach out to me for consultation. First 15 minutes are complimentary so as to provide you with an opportunity to determine if we are the right fit for each other.
